Stock issues!

I often shop at B&Q in person, and despite the poor staff training and general lack of customer service, I normally find them ok. However, during the pandemic I have tried to get products delivered or use click and collect through the website and the experience was truly terrible. The first issue being that the tiles I wanted were marked as 18 being in stock, however, when I came to check out, I was told that there was no stock for delivery, and would I like to switch to click and collect, where I was told there was no stock again. I checked the website again - in case someone else had bought the tiles - but no, still showing 18 in stock. I then went on the Wicked website and ordered the tiles with no issue. I went ahead with the rest of the order for my tiling project (grout, adhesive, waterproofing kit) only to be told the night before delivery that some of it was unavailable! For god's sake B&Q, sort your stock out! Two failures for the same order - and despite apologising for any inconvenience, it's pretty inconvenient when I am supposed to be tiling the shower this weekend to have no tiles and no waterproofing kit - I now need to go elsewhere to be able to do it. You can't do it when you B&Q it, I should have gone elsewhere for the whole order.
