Being a trader I use B&Q regularly. But feel there staff members are not coping well with covid19 restrictions in the kirkcaldy store in particular. Today I was in getting some cable. Was looking for clips and couldn't find them so l approached one of the assistants . Known that I have to keep my distants I asked the Q as i approached her. Her two hands went up in shocked like fashion while saying can you stay back covid19 distancing sir. I said am 10 ft from you and your bedhind a screen plus she had a plastic fsce covering like myself. Im sure she was in no danger. I said just point Me in the right direction and al find it. Its at electrical was her reply. Well they werent as i found them elsewhere in store. She shouldn't be working if her fear of covid19 is making her this way towards customers.
